On stage, Rachida Brakni personifies three women entangled in the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Rachida Brakni is Eden, a 50-year-old Jewish history professor. Desperately looking for answers in a seemingly never-ending struggle. Rachida Brakni also plays Shirin, a Palestinian student at the Islamic university of Gaza. Her third role is that of Mina, an American soldier sent to Israel.
These three women share their intimacy with us, their everyday, their thoughts and their doubts on a conflict that moulds their lives.
Written in 2011, this play by Stefano Massini blossoms with its star, Rachida Brakni at the Théâtre National de Strasbourg.
