SYNOPSIS
Adia is a prisoner of the ocean, submerged under poverty and ennui. Adia was born a year after the Comoran independence in 1975, one year after France decided to rupture the identity of the region by deciding to keep one of the islands, Mayotte. Since then, Adia and her family, like many Comorans, turn their eyes elsewhere, projecting their hopes over the horizon of their archipelago frozen in time.
